ACC
- Review of DR Article 4 –
- The ACC is planning to put together a guidelines document detailing and clarifying the existing deed restrictions.
- Note that this isn’t changes to Deed Restrictions, but clearer guidelines on approved materials etc.
- ACC planning to revise document to highlight additions to DCC&R. They plan to have the revisions done by the weekend.
- Once completed, and reviewed by the Board, these will be approved by members at the open Board meeting in June.
- Still working on an email address for ACC – “acc@timbercresthoa.org”

- Payment Plan Policy
Payment Plan Fees.
- Determine costs to setup a payment plan.
- Board decided $40 per plan.
- Plus 15% interest annually on outstanding balance.
- Passed unanimously.
Old Business
Common Structures for Neighborhood
- Problem is our pillars/signage are not clearly on easements/common property
- This means any work on pillars or signage requires owner input
- Lang and Associates investigating options – tabled until next meeting.
